Support more CharacterStyles in toHtml() conversion 

- Add support to convert BackgroundColorSpan
- Convert StrikethroughSpan to <span> with CSS styling instead of <strike>
- Convert ForegroundColorSpan to <span> with CSS styling instead of <font>
