video files with mimetype “video/x-ms-asf” can't scan to Gallery

video files with mimetype  “video/x-ms-asf”  are considered as PlayList
file type due to below check in MediaFile.Java
Do not consider it as playlist file and remove case of “video/x-ms-asf”
