Add values to ApplicationInfoFlags

Need to add MATCH_DISABLED_UNTIL_USED_COMPONENTS [and the deprecated
GET_DISABLED_UNTIL_USED_COMPONENTS] since those are used when building
the ApplicationInfo object.
