Avoid clipping in Grid-based Recents. 

This commit avoids clipping in Grid-based Recents by:
- extending TaskView and AnimatableViewBounds in Recents and removing
  all clipping logic;
- returning early in TaskStackView when it wants to clip TaskViews.
