Fix the fingerprint UI color of the biometric prompt page is

abnormal under the white theme

The default animaiton lottie is for light theme in udfps, so add
if-condition when calling applyDynamicColors() method.

Test: manually test with reproduciable steps:
Pre-Condition:
Enroll at least one finger.
DUT white theme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Settings -> Network & internet -> Hotspot & tethering ->
Wi-Fi hotspot -> Turn on Use Wi-Fi hotspot Press the QR-code icon.
