Update the boot image profile and preloaded classes

Data aggregated across 41 dogfood profiles from 10 different
(builds,devices). The threshold for preloaded_classes was 5.

What has changed:
preloaded_classes:  643 added, 1 removed
boot image profile: ~10k  methods and classes added.
