[Provider Model] Increase the maximum height of Internet Dialog

- The original designed networks of Internet Dialog is as follows
  - Carrier Network x1 (88dp high)
  - WiFi toggle/networks x3 (72dp high)

- When the Ethernet network is added, the new network will become as follows
  - Ethernet x1 (88dp high)
  - Carrier Network x1 (88dp high)
  - WiFi toggle/networks x2 (72dp high)

- The maximum height of the Internet Dialog needs to be increased to
more than 16dp.
  - Increase the maximum height from 646dp to 662dp
