Test that the replace flag does not need to be set 

... for installation via PackageInstallerSession.

We add this flag automaticall since change I6d89b1a787aa2024cc4bebf6b9c29317c358e147 .

Test: m -j FrameworksCoreTests && adb install -r ${ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT}/data/app/FrameworksCoreTests/FrameworksCoreTests.apk && adb shell am instrument -w -e class android.content.pm.PackageManagerTests com.android.frameworks.coretests/android.support.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner && adb uninstall com.android.frameworks.coretests
