Fix issues with taps and file saving, update UI

Restore previous value for showing taps when ending recording

Updates to match current design:
- Colored background
- App title and icon for notification header
- Instead of notification actions, change to tap to stop
- Changed notification importance to DEFAULT

Also fixed an issue with temp file directory not existing that could occur on
factory reset devices
