aapt2: disable leak detection 

When building with SANATIZE_HOST=address and ASAN_OPTIONS="" in order to
test that leaks are removed from AIDL, was hitting leaks here.
Explicitly setting ASAN_OPTIONS here so that we can detect leaks in
other host tools.
