[DO NOT MERGE] Fix Memory Leak: Part I of Rewrite render info remote callback. 

Rewrite render info remote calback in Session#requestNewFillResponseLocked.
We will address the strong ref
held by inlineSuggestionsRequestConsumer in Part II.
