Zygote: Preserve capabilities in WrapperInit 

Preserve the capabilities a zygote fork has across the sh exec in
WrapperInit. Use ambient capabilities.

Test: m
Test: adb shell setprop wrap.com.android.bluetooth logwrapper && adb shell kill `pid com.android.bluetooth`
