[Provider Model] Correct the connected Wi-Fi UI

- Highlight the connected Wi-Fi with both default network and internet
access attributes

- Show Wi-Fi icon with exclamation mark if the connected Wi-Fi has no
the internet access (e.g. Printer/GoPro cases).
