Do not terminate AppFuse message loop when FUSE_FORGET. 

Currently AppFuse tries to terminate its message loop when it receives
FUSE_FORGET. But kernel continues to dispatch messages after FUSE_FORGET
and it should not terminate AppFuse meesage loop.
