Adds long screenshot support for ListView 

Adds ListViewCaptureHelper to handle captures from ListView.
This is required due to the implementation of
ListView#requestChildRectangleOnScreen which limits scrolling
to currently-bound views only.

Test: Manual, long screenshot WhatsApp conversation view.
