Schedule agentDisconnected() in handler thread 

BackupManager.agentDisconnected() need not acquire
ActivityManagerService lock. Post this in handler thread.
This will avoid a potential deadlock between
ActivityManagerService lock and BackupManagerService lock.

Test: Build successful
