RMX1971: CrDroid-ify! 



* Initial crdroid bringup.
* Adapt all overlays to crdroid.
* Also add/move required overlays to lineage-sdk.
* This also reverts commit 490134de ed8fc30e 0adad44b 06f2fc9e.
