RMX1921: doze: italian, ru, hindi translations

RMX1921: doze: add a service to write and read the proximity status
        * will be used as a trigger for screen off fod: near: fod disabled far: fod enabled
        * add a toggle to enable/disable proximity checks for fod

RMX1921: doze: acquire proximity data on AOD
        * when aod is enabled we need to still check if the proximity sensor is near or not, register the sensor and make it work as expected

RMX1921: don't disable screen off fod if no sensor is enabled

RMX1921: doze: fix a derp in the xml
        * inverted summary and title

RMX1921: doze: drop unused class
