RMX1971: rootdir: Fixes for power_supply/input_suspend 



This fixing the follwing errors:
E android.system.suspend@1.0-service: SystemSuspend: Error opening /sys/class/wakeup: No such file or directory
E android.system.suspend@1.0-service: SystemSuspend: Error opening /sys/power/suspend_stats: No such file or directory
