mk2bp LOCAL_DISABLE_AUTO_GENERATE_TEST_CONFIG

Added the support to convert the Make boolean variable
LOCAL_DISABLE_AUTO_GENERATE_TEST_CONFIG as auto_gen_config
and reverse its value in the androidmk tool.
