Fix statusfile used in dexpreopt

caused a regression wrt to statusfile creation. Specifically it inverted
the logic used to create the status file. This file is used in
dexpreopt, thereby affecting all odex files

Test: In internal git, m <an_odex_file>. File size is restored to
pre-regression value
