*_OUT_INTERMEDIATE_LIBRARIES has been removed from Make

So LOCAL_COPY_TO_INTERMEDIATE_LIBRARIES is no longer necessary. And just
export the object paths directly to make instead of copying into the
intermediate libraries directory.
