nsjail: Always remount /tmp before src/out/dist

A user was trying to use OUT_DIR=/tmp/...-out DIST_DIR=/tmp/...-dist

Test: OUT_DIR=/tmp/test-out DIST_DIR=/tmp/test-dist m nothing
