Otherwise, audio is reversed (Ie: Calls are on mono speaker by default)

* This fixes the issue where after the initial enroll, when unlocking it complains of fingerprint hw not available and deletes fp data and sets this property, but the subsequent enrolls work fine because the property is set during first enroll
* Only affects jiiov sensors

prebuilt audio HAL is now enforced to every devices that our common tree support
Also move to prebuilt sound trigger HAL

They seem to be a little off, so let's adjust them to fit the icon
