Previous oos-hotspot overlay currently not working for android 10. It need to be rebuild again and is broken like most phh overlays. Frameworkrescommon.apk is the overlay from the oos and miui vendor, so we can just make changes to it and fix hotspot for some devices.

Fix systemui crash because of no location defined for fingerprint area on screen. This is just for Android 10 builds of miui which are being build from devices with FOD. Systemui might still crash on devices having resolution less than 720x1280. These people can change the value 1260 to some lower value which is less than their display resolutions.

This is modified version of finddevice apk. It solves the mi account issue on miui pie and 10. I do not know who modified it, pm me at t.me/shivvvvvv for credits.

Telephony and some other overlays for making call works on some devices, some people will not be able to call because their ril will disappear as soon as they boot (not confirmed). Same behavior as seen on OOS and H2OS Android 10.

Just got bored and now doing all this.

Stops some logcat spam which are caused due to missing directories.

 * There is no need for us to reset data services status on every boot
 * Sometimes it will make our data unable to use again :(
 * Mount empty it after the first boot is a better way

 * Some old devices did not define ims package name by default.
   Then we failed to call but it is working on some new devices like sm8150
   platform because it has vendor overlay to define ims package name.
