Fixed bin2hex to accomodate with more recent binutils syntax and avoid infinite loop while building libkernsh.

Ultimately, we should extract the values for those symbols from a kernel image at runtime, so that the API signature code works for any kernel version. 

That would also remove the unecessary dependency to binutils.
