ARM: dts: msm: camera: update camera device tree for msm8909

1. Add camera eeprom device tree for msm8909 back camera;
2. Modify the flash sequence to enable the flash;
3. Delete mipi switch gpio pinctrl from camera0 as the same
gpio pinctrl has set up in camera1.
