scsi: ufs: remove UFS_DEVICE_QUIRK_RECOVERY_FROM_DL_NAC_ERRORS

UFS_DEVICE_QUIRK_RECOVERY_FROM_DL_NAC_ERRORS quirk was enabled for a
particular UFS device vendor but this issue is already fixed by the
device vendor so there is no need to keep this quirk enabled any more.
