sound: usb: Set SET_ALT control transfer timout as 1 sec

In case a of a usb head phone not responding to SET_ALT driver
context is blocked for 5 sec. This is resulting into a bad user
experience as audio subsystem is not able to route audio path for
5 sec. Hence use usb_set_interface_timeout() API and pass 1 sec
as timout value.
