ARM: dts: msm: Fix NFC PMIC gpio configuration

For SDM845 PMIC GPIO configurations are handled in different way
from what was done on earlier targets.

Incorrect GPIO configuration is fixed and now PMIC GPIO
is configured based on pinctrl.
