fix(non linear font scaling): update font scaling tables to be non-linear

Originally they were hardcoded to be identical/linear so there would be
no difference from earlier versions of Android. This updates the curves
so users can start experiencing the fully operational power of
non-linear scaling and devs can start testing their apps.
