Added BlendMode equivalent APIs to replace deprecated PorterDuff

Updated various framework Views to have equivalent BlendMode APIs
to replace the deprecated PorterDuff equivalents.
Updated InspectableProperty annotations to refer to the same
xml attributes as the original tintmode APIs
