Use Google Sans Text for Cut/Copy/Paste menu

Went with config_bodyFontFamily over config_headlineFontFamily, that
is Google Sans Text, verified by double-checking in Figma that GS Text's
lowercase Y has a curly tail, Google Sans does not.
