ARM: dts: msm: update VDD_APC0/1 NOM_L1 CPR ceiling voltages for SDM845 v2 



Change the CPR ceiling voltage for all VDD_APC0 and VDD_APC1
NOM_L1 corners from 884 mV to 932 mV in order to match hardware
characterization guidelines.
