ARM: dts: msm: change device type for TEMP_ALARM on PMIC PMI8998 



Change the PMIC TEMP_ALARM peripheral from a qcom,qpnp-temp-alarm
to a qcom,spmi-temp-alarm device.  The latter supports ADC
reading via iio.
